(“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By using MyPurrPaws Service, you affirm that you are 18 years or older to enter into these terms. Additionally, in order to use the My PurrPaws Service and access any Content, you represent that: you reside in Greece, and any registration and account information that you submit to My PurrPaws is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
1. Who You Transact With
All donations, subscriptions, or transactions are made to «My PurrPaws Filozoiki kai Perivallontiki Civil Law Company» the registered non-profit organization running this Service. This ensures full transparency and proper financial accountability. Individual founders or volunteers, including Filippos-Michail Stavras or Georgios Glynos personally, do not act as recipients of your contributions.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
• Subscription plans (Basic, Community, Compassion) are billed monthly in advance.
• Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew under the same terms.
• You may cancel at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us.
• A valid payment method is required. If billing fails, we will notify you to update it.
3. Pricing Changes
We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days advance notice. Continuing your plan after notification constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
4. Content & User Conduct
You are responsible for the content you upload (e.g. images or messages via the platform). You must own or have rights to the content. We have the right to remove any inappropriate content and may terminate accounts for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
All Service content (excluding your content) is owned by MyPurrPaws Filozoiki kai Perivallontiki Civil Law Company and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
6. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may link to other websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their own terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms, with no liability on our part. You may also stop using the Service at any time, but be aware that a donation that has been made within the same month prior your cancellation is non refundable, unless you request a refund within "3" days of payment.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPurrPaws Ltd., its employees and agents from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violations of these Terms.Υou also agree that in case your subscription plan includes QR code, you are the only one who uses it and that you will not sell or give away your QR code to any third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPurrPaws Filozoiki kai Perivallontiki Civil Law Company. shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide a minimum 30‑day notice on our site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Rhodes, Greece.
